Responsibilities
- Report to International advisory sales director and regional sustainability sales director in matrix environment
- Coach, develop and lead a sales team to cover the renewable advisory and energy procurement services of Schneider Electric in Brazil
- Take responsibility for co-leading and winning high value opportunities and coaching the sales owners in the process
- Ensure the appropriate metrics and reports are in place and delivered in a timely fashion, leveraging CRM etc…
- Define the strategic priorities for the sales of those services in Brazil
- Continual improvement of sales materials, processes, methodologies and systems and train the team in their use
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Be part of a regional leadership team for the sustainability business and contribute to the growth of it
- Liase with marketing team to maximize brand awareness and raise the profile of our business in the Brazilian market
Qualifications
- Consultative experience
- Complex Sales experience
- Team leadership experience
- Fluent English
- Self starter, proactive, good communication, strategic
- Secondary: renewable energy market experience (can be through consulting)
