Join our growing Energy company as a Sales Manager, where you'll spearhead our efforts to market across several states. Massive growth opportunity as we transition to building an in-house team that can perform at a high level. 

The Role

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our company's options.
  • Utilize provided leads to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Employ advanced closing skills to secure customer commitments and finalize sales.
  • Overcome customer objections and handle rejections with resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities and customer interactions to refine strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create sales processes and assist with building and overseeing a sales team.

Ideal Profile

  • Prior experience overseeing a sales teams, as well as proven successful managerial experience.
  • Proven experience in high-pressure sales environments, with significant expertise in cold calling and direct sales closing.
  • Prior experience in the energy sector, particularly retail energy, is highly desired. Experience in related fields like telecommunications or pharmaceutical sales is also valuable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuasive and clear customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent command of the English language is required for this position to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
