Organizational Change Management Profile:
Position Summary:
The Organizational Process Change Management Lead will be responsible for assessing, quantifying, and managing the end-to-end change plan for a particular process area (e.g., record to report, source to pay, etc). In addition, this person will define the appropriate change initiatives and interventions to build knowledge, skills, and capabilities in support of that process area. This role will also support and implement Change Management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This colleague will partner with other team members to support project-level efforts in preparing the client for the successful global business transformation implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
Change Leads will be responsible for the following for their assigned end-to-end process area:
- Development and execution of change impact assessment to support process to role mapping and build process-role-training map.
- Track stakeholder engagement levels and recommendations for further engagement activities to grow understanding and commitment at both program, project and end to end process levels.
- Assist with the development and evaluation of
- Provide guidance to the Learning Team on training curriculum and assets.
- Assist in the organizational readiness portion of business engagement plans for selected process area, may include multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analyze change survey data and assess impacts, creating dashboards to monitor team progress, roadmap planning, role mapping and maintenance.
- Ability to influence others and move toward the transformation goal.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5+ years of proven Change Management experience, including communications, marketing or organizational readiness initiatives

- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills across different levels of the organization are a must, including the ability to ask hought-provoking questions.

- Ability to work on a diversified / global team that includes cross-divisional internal resources as well as external resources.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks with minimal direction and supervision.
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
