Day-to-day management of a team responsible for monitoring, triage, management,testing, and response to threat indicators from security systems and threatintelligence. This role reports directly to the CISO and is responsible foroverseeing the operating and measuring all information security systems.Lead in the development of the SOC StrategyExtend Cybersecurity Operations to Visionworks and take cybersecurityresponsibilities for the 740+ retail locationsResponsible for the Network Access Services Team and leading the build out of theCompany Identity and Access Management functionResponsible for building, implementing, and leading the Vulnerability ManagementProgramLeads approximately 70% of OIS Information Security Projects (about 6 to 8 majorprojects a year with funding investment greater than $2M on average)Build the process for the assimilation of mergers and acquisitions in partnershipwith GTS InfrastructureEnsure all maturity milestones, budget targets, and goals are met for the CyberSecurity ProgramProactively provide leading solutions to effectively secure information and datato business units and shared servicesEnsure security threat information, system log information, and sources ofexternal intelligence are combined to provide real-time response to cyber eventsManage SOC through the SOC manager to ensure that logging and monitoring meetsstandards and secures the enterpriseLead in the development of operational metrics that reflect the security postureand threatsWorks closely with business partners and functional area specialists to ensurethreat indicators are rated by severity and responded to in a manner consistentwith the threatOwn the budget for Cyber Operations globally in support of the Global CISOEnsure effective communications are maintained within the unit and externally.Where appropriate, inform employees as to plans and progress. Conduct employeediscussion sessions at regular intervalsJob SpecificationsTypically has the following skills or abilities:Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 3additional years of experience related to functional areaMinimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring,training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reportsSix years of IT infrastructure or information security experiencePreferred experience with leading, developing, and establishing best practices ina Cyber Security Operations Center or Technical Operations CenterKnowledge of security devices, networks, and systems compliant with therequirements of a desired security posture or stateKnowledge of modern network security technologies such as network and host-basedintrusion detection/prevention, DDOS protection, endpoint protection, AV/AM,virtualization, Data Loss Prevention, etc.Knowledge of intrinsic security weaknesses within core infrastructure componentssuch as TCP/IP, VPN, file transfer, and remote administration protocolsKnowledge of HIPAA, PCI, SOX, and other regulatory and statutory compliancerequirementsAbility to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in theperformance of his/her job duties#LI-REMOTE#LI-VISIONCARECompensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges maydiffer across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and otherjob-related factors permitted by law.
