For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center Sofia Bulgaria, we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the creation and execution of business forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Responsibility for identifying, analyzing, and evaluating financial risks and deviations between the forecast and the actual situation
- Responsible for planning costs and investments involving various international global units
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial/business reports
- Responsibility for the analysis and tracking of financial key figures in the area of support functions: employees, costs, etc. as well as exchanging information by explaining in the event of deviations to business managers/heads (concerning the budget or the forecast)
In the area of Support Function Controlling:
- Responsibility for assessing and considering reporting requirements from the Support Functions Heads - taking into account national and international company requirements for reporting
- Responsible for assessing and providing internal controlling requirements
- Responsible for defining and implementing financial processes within the support functions
- Responsible for tracking investments and checking for budget compliance
- Responsible for developing financial metrics and dashboards
- Financial and operational decisions based on key performance indicators from systems
- Responsible for recording and tracking support function budget control measures
- Responsible for creating analyzes to achieve and optimize financial goals of the support functions
- Responsible for interacting with the extended Support Functions teams to compile operational information required as part of the analysis of reporting figures
- Indirect costs controlling / Support Function
- Month End Closing responsibilites

Professional experience:
- Extensive professional experience (at least 5 years) in controlling of an international group
- Bachelor‘s or comparable degree
Skills:
- Very good knowledge of the connections in the finance area (budget, forecast, reporting), in finance and accounting as well as delivery and service purchases across national borders
- Excellent knowledge of internal process and workflow organization
- Basic knowledge of company goals and strategy; excellent IT skills (ERP, MS Office)
