Senior Business Developer & Sales Manager - Animal Nutrition - Brazil Permanent contract – Location possible in Sao Paulo, Porto Alegre, Minas Gerais Reporting to the LATAM Sales Director, you will be in charge of the commercial development of the area with a customer base in the Animal Nutrition sector. On a daily basis, your missions consist of : - Prospect and develop the loyalty of a clientele of animal feed manufacturers and distributors. - Take responsibility for your area and optimize your results (margins, volumes, market share) - Develop and manage major Animal Nutrition accounts in your area - Collect and analyze market information (market research, competitive intelligence, regulatory intelligence) - Ensure regular reporting related to your commercial activity - Be a driving force behind development/growth opportunities An integration process including a training period as well as technical and commercial support will ensure that you are quickly operational in the Animal Nutrition market. Profile required: With a degree in business, veterinary or Agri/Agro engineering, you have more of 12 years of commercial experience, expert and deep knowledge of the animal feed industry in Brazil (current important players, key opinion leaders, competitors, etc). Ideal candidate will have previous experience selling to the feed industry, had built a network & contacts within the animal feed industry, ideally in Animal Nutrition additives. Experience in DAIRY industry is a must. You are a dynamic and pragmatic field person! Reactive and committed, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a real taste for challenge and development. English and Portuguese are mandatory. Travel within Brazil is expected up to 50%.
