As a Sr Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Korea. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the overall success of our UOP business unit in Korea. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work out of our office in Seoul, Korea on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our business by: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships
• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
YOU MUST HAVE
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the industrial or engineering sector
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries
• Knowledge of UOP products and solutions • Fluency in Korean and English languages
