WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle for open roles in our Business Services Team (BST) and act as a sparring partner for Central Europe (CE) hiring managers
- Proactively stay in contact with candidates to establish yourself as a main reference point throughout the whole application journey
- Drafting of job profiles and posting of openings on various channels
- Pre-screen and select applications in collaboration with hiring managers
- Conduct structured interviews and manage other personnel selection methods
- Closely collaborate with our HR department to ensure smooth processes from recruiting to HR
- Act as a point of contact for recruiting agencies or job platforms
- Budget planning and oversight within your area of responsibility
- Interview scheduling and candidate support for our Interview Days (CT)
- Consulting Team (CT) contact person for topics such as relocation costs and recommendations

- Professionally handling and guiding candidates through their recruiting process
- Managing several processes simultaneously while staying ahead of possible challenges
- Working in a fast-paced and highly demanding work environment

- Finding pragmatic solutions and improving processes along the way
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Completed Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus or further training in HR/recruiting
- 2-3 years of professional experience in recruiting in an international environment, (e.g., in a recruiting agency)
- Practical experience in conducting interviews, candidate-, and application-management
- Excellent German and English skills
- An open, positive, creative mindset paired with a service-oriented and outgoing personality, and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and good communication style
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work within the highly motivated and professional BST Recruiting Team in Central Europe and with various hiring managers from different departments like Marketing, Finance, HR/Recruiting, Business Operations, or IT. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the 11-member CT recruiting team based in Zurich.
