This is a hybrid(3x2) position, and our office is located in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
Proven experience as a recruiter is mandatory, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this
field (either in-house or in agencies).
Along with a genuine passion for finding the right person and meeting stakeholders’ needs, you will bring your sourcing/recruiting skills and expertise in delivering great candidate and stakeholder experiences. Being technical savvy and data-driven aren´t mere buzzwords, but competencies you´ll be evaluated for.
Finally, as international expansion is our goal, English skills should be at Fluent level.
