You will own the end-to-end recruitment processes for Commercial & Marketing areas, from role debrief to offer, pipeline building and talent attraction strategies.

Talking passionately to candidates or leads, not because you have to, but rather because you are passionate about matching people’s aspirations and the company’s needs. Along with the rest ΤΑ team you will be part of recruitment projects by applying modern processes and cutting-edge tools

This is a hybrid(3x2) position, and our office is located in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
