🤓 Job Description
Streamax is seeking a highly skilled Post-sales Technical Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical knowledge of our surveillance solutions, hardware, and software. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and success after the sale. The Post-sales Technical Specialist will provide post-sales technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers in maximizing the value of Streamax solutions.
🤔Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales Team to introduce products and solutions to prospects
- Provide support to the Partner ecosystems in creating a best fit solution for prospects / customers
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations emphasizing on the key values of Streamax's solution to prospects
- Understand the technical environment, technology landscape, business requirements and evaluation scope
- Be the trusted tech advisor for customers, partners and other teams
- Provide technical support to customers and partners in trial stage and after the sale.
- Online or Onsite troubleshoot hardware and software problems, provide efficient and effective solutions.
- Assist with product installation, configuration, and maintenance for customers.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to customers on the use of Streamax solutions.
💡 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or after-sales support, preferably in the surveillance solutions or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A good team player. Ability to work collaboratively with sales and product development teams.
- Thrive under pressure and exhibit the flexibility to potentially work across different time zones.
- Willingness to travel, with a travel percentage ranging from 30% to 50%.
- Bilingual with English and Spanish is a must, Mandarin language will be a significant plus.
