•Manages all elements of the agency partnership, both internally and externally for each agency partner assigned.
• Works with UP Campaign Strategy and UP Media Strategy to create world class presentations for new and existing pursuits.
• Oversees and manages both the sales and fulfillment process for every campaign.
• Works collaboratively with both internal and external partners to deliver all elements of every client campaign.
• Maintains keen understanding of all owned and partner assets.
• Identifies and solicits new agency partners with a focus on small to medium sized agencies; builds and maintains a full pipeline of potential partners.
• Continually look for new trends in marketing to enhance campaign proposals and effectiveness.
• Some travel is required in the Region, including overnight when needed.
• Candidate must drive their own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and state-mandated auto insurance

Work Experience:
• 5+ years woring for or working with advertising agencies is required
Education:
• College degree preferred
What You'll Do:VP Unified Partnerships- Sales role for the Agency Resourcing team who builds and maintains effective long-term strategic partnerships with key decision makers and influencers at partner advertising agencies alongside key iHeart individuals . Creates demand for products and services by underscoring company’s compelling marketing solutions with clients. Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account and managing prospects. Has deep understanding of all types of media vehicles and how they work together, company products/services, the market and the needs/challenges of all assigned accounts. Develops new partnership relationships through networking, research and capabilities presentations to new agenciesWhat You'll Need:What You'll Bring:Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
In-Depth knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes
Ability to apply expertise in a complex sales environment to service large accounts and/or complicated business segments
Confidence to prospect and quickly build rapport with customers, adapting messaging and style based on customer needs
Ease working with senior level executives and using influencing skills to negotiations and drive sales
Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs to expand relationships and trust
Confidence to solve complex problems using analysis, judgement and multiple sources of information
Accountability for your own work and a desire to provide guidance to new team members
Business development experience with new and existing customers
