In this role you are about to embark on, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Assist employees by providing HR support, forms and other documents related to employee benefits, providing guidance and advice on applicable RGE policies. • Create a positive customer service experience by providing second-line support for any questions and problems related to human resources benefits, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of requests, promptly communicating about the progress of requests, and dealing with customers with a professional attitude. • Maintain the security of confidential information and materials, such as personnel files, proposal letters and medical information, systems testing materials, and other confidential documents and information. • Update and maintain employee databases with new hire data (e.g. contact details, bank accounts and other employee record data in systems). • Prepare ad-hoc HR reports and benefits payment reports. • Work collaboratively with Business Groups and other HR teams Requirements : • 1-2 year of relevant experience (administrative, HR or any related experience). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply to this role. • English proficiency level – Intermediate to Advance level (Verbal & Written communication) • Must be willing to work onsite at Campinas
