In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Provide first line support for any human resources related issues and problems. • Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system to track the issues raised. • Offer first call resolution advice to employees related to standard human resource policies. • Create a positive customer support experience, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress and handling customers with a professional attitude. • Work collaboratively with the Business Groups and other HR team (Payroll & Claims mainly) on the resolution of issues. Requirements • Degree in any discipline • 1 year of related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply to this role. • English proficiency level – Intermediate to Advance level (Verbal & Written communication ) • Must be willing to work onsite at Campinas
