The role is responsible for growing sales at Carrier and Retail locations where sales staff are deployed. In this field level job you will oversee store level activities and partner with territory managers in the region to drive the highest possible revenue targets. You will provide guidance to staff on selling Apple solutions to all prospective and current customers and ensure Apple merchandising policies are being upheld. Partner with store management and territory leaders to develop strong business relationships to support on-target revenue growth.- Ensure that the highest levels of customer service, satisfaction, and integrity are delivered consistently.- Lead all aspects of individual and team progress through goal setting and monitoring of measurable objectives; provide continuous feedback and recognition for effort and achievements- Act as an ambassador of the Apple brand to retail/carrier staff and management, keeping them engaged and up to date on Apple’s latest and greatest products- Report regularly on business results and track competitive trends - Monitor regional sales results and progress through weekly and monthly reports- Provide clear and concise updates of sales, competition and regional events - Inform Sales team, Channel Marketing team and Country Managers regarding pricing issues, promotions, etc.- Build and maintain relationships through effective communication with all levels of the organization

8+ years of retail experience, ideally with a premium brandRetail/Telco/Consumer/Service experienceExceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskMaster at solution-based selling and employee motivational techniquesStrong problem solving and organizational skillsStrong analytical skills and Excel proficiencyProven ability to anticipate problems and propose efficient solutionsStrong project management and relationship building skillsProficient in English (written and spoken) is required.
