Develop and handle mainly formulations of Aquarius coating systems. Realize application tests. Responsible for the technology transfer of coating systems from USA plant to our plant in Brazil. Monitoring of productive lots and troubleshooting.
- Specialist for internal work in laboratories and production of Ashland (São Paulo and Cabreúva).
- Develop and handle coating systems formulations of Aquarius for Brazil and South America Region.
- Color match and development, using tools as Datacolor and Devex.
- Production of Aquarius samples to internal tests, registration and for customers.
- Application tests of coating systems in tablets, using coater.
- Interpret and analyze results of experiments, following methodologies and pre-established technical specifications.
- Elaborate protocols and make application studies execution.
- Responsible for the technology transfer of coating systems from U. S. plant to our plant in Brazil.
- Startup of Aquarius plant in Cabreúva.
- Hold meetings with the involved areas and follow-up of projects.
- Make the registration process of raw materials and technical data sheets involved in the process.
- Hold meetings with the U. S. team about projects of development and technology transfer of Aquarius.
- Monitor productive lots at Aquarius plant, as well as customers’ plant, when ordered.
- Realize technical support to the plant if necessary (Aquarius plant and customers).
- Provide technical support to customers and distributors (Brazil and South America Region)
- Develop technical presentations and provide presentations for clients.
- Preparation and execution of seminars for clients.
- Keep the lab organized and able to routine activities realization (operation, cleaning and equipment, maintenance, raw materials organization).
- Keep up to date about new important technologies in Brazil and Latin America.
- Guide intern’s activities.
- Laboratorial waste separation.
- Follow Conduct Code, and Ashland’s Health, Safety and Environment guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Develop technical presentations and provide presentations for clients.
- Create national and export demand (LA)
