Our logistics are prepared to ensure our customers have a fast delivery with exceptional customer service.  Our main solutions include:  Warehousing: Our warehouse that allow our customers to store their products in security and save on storage costs while reducing the need for additional space; Order processing: Our company receives customer orders from businesses and processes them efficiently. This includes verifying the order details, picking and packing the products, and preparing them for shipping; Shipping: We manage the shipping process, including handling shipping labels, tracking packages, and managing returns; Inventory management: From our service, our clients can keep track of their inventory levels and ensure that they have the right products in stock to fulfill customer orders; Who are we looking for We are seeking a highly organized individual who excels in a team environment and possesses a strong attention to detail, as this role requires someone who is eager to learn and able to adapt to changing situations. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. About the position As a BDR, you will be responsible for bringing new business opportunities to the table, building strong relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts. Your main responsibilities Conduct research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities; Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, such as online ads and referrals; Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies; Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and articulate how our ecommerce fulfillment services can address them; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in Hubspot system; Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and events; Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments; Provide feedback on customer pain points and market demands to enhance our services and offerings. Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required Education and Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics for ecommerce in BDR, Sales or related roles; Strong knowledge of CRM Hubspot or other major global CRM. Skills and Abilities: Exceptional customer service skills and building and maintaining strong client relationships; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Highly organized and detail-oriented; Fluency in English.
