Your role and responsibilities

Join ABB, an innovator in sustainable energy movement, as we actively seek a Sales Specialist with background in technical sales to our Motion Business in Latvia. If the idea of helping our customers fulfill their operational efficiency with high quality and efficient Motion products like motors or electrical drives speaks to you, we invite you to be part of our team. • Implementing sales strategies and action plans to meet business objectives across the portfolio - electrical motors, frequency converters, PLC's and service solutions • Generating sales growth of ABB products and developing market opportunities by utilizing market trend information • Supporting and training customers for their better experience with ABB products and services • Monitoring sales proposals, tenders and follow-up proposals statistics • Finding new customers and establishing long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and demonstrating in depth technical knowledge

Qualifications for the role

• Technical higher education in the field of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic engineering or similar
• Previous track record of successful sales in the industry, preferably in Latvian market
• Proficient command of Latvian and business English
• Proven ability of building up long-term customer relations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Driver's license (B)
