You will help implement program plans, budgets, schedules and execute a programatic MOS, support forecasting & capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. You will play an important role in the IPDS process and strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements, actions, and status as assigned. You will also be working under moderate supervision of the program manager to execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value & quality while demonstrating PM skills including risk management

- Partnering with the team to accomplish project goals
- Collecting project information (budget costs and their timing, variations, delays etc.)
- Ensures conformance to Honeywell process requirements and best practice
- Liaise with for contractual strategies and responses
We Value
- Thorough understanding of Project operations in a commercial hard dollar construction environment is essential
- Experience in quantity surveying/cost management/contract administration on construction projects is essential
- Risk management as it relates to the commercial and contract success of the project
- Experience of Contract law and Security of Payment Acts preferred
- Essential – Ability to obtain State and Federal security clearances to the required level.
- Essential – To be co-located with the designated Project Manager(s) in Honeywell office and/or at project site office(s).
- Knowledge of HVAC, Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Security Systems is an advantage
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
- Strong oral and written communication and numeracy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
