Accountabilities:
As a Data and Analytics LATAM Lead, you will manage senior stakeholders, create operating data models at a regional level, and provide strategic vision on a long term. You will also bring your expertise in emerging technologies such as ML, deep learning, AI, Data lakes and Data Ingestion.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience working in data strategy, analytics and data governance roles
- A demonstrable track record of motivational and achievement-oriented leadership
- Strong experience of developing relationships with senior internal customers and suppliers
- Advanced proficiency in strategic planning, change enablement and innovation
- Deep experience of developing relationships across multiple countries, cultures, and time-zones
- Proven track record of managing and guiding multiple stakeholders
- Strong track record of delivering data related solutions with clear outcome and metrics
- Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams
- Strong networking and consulting skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Proven change management skills
- Innovative thinking and Agile leadership
- Experience of leadership in a complex/geographical context
- Demonstrated Project management experience.
- Strong curiosity and execution for emerging technologies: AI, ML, DL, Generative AI
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Degree or relevant business qualification
- Experience with multichannel, omnichannel projects and capabilities
- Experience of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Experience of developing partnerships with digital and startup ecosystems
- Experience from high tech companies (i.e. Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc)
