Our Ecosystem Marketers have a deep understanding of our partners: how they sell, how they make money, and what their priority offerings are. A critical part of our Marketing organization, they drive partner-led demand motions to scale business growth for IBM’s technology offerings.
The Ecosystem Co-Marketing Program Manager Marketing supports 1-2 demand gen programs for - tasks include, but not limited to, owning program from launch through execution, quarterly budget planning, and help drive program funding utilization with all partners participating in the program and driving ROI for the total program.
The Program Managers will serve as trusted consultants to the participating Business Partners on tool and process steps for all aspects of Co-Marketing, including, but not limited to, effective partner co-marketing (CMC) tool deployment and partner co-marketing funding disbursement.
Responsibilities include:
- Marketing Budget Management
- Marketing Program Management
- Maintaining and Fostering Business Partner Relationships
- Maintain marketing relationships with Business Partners
- Train and support around their Co-Marketing Incentive Offerings and Tools
- Discuss strategic marketing initiatives and provide linkages
- Encourage alignment of co-marketing spend to IBM focused quarterly campaigns
- Suggest marketing activities to enhance MAPs and leverage IBM assets
- Propose agencies for implementation of effective digital campaigns
Expenses
- Allocate and Manage to quarterly program budgets
- Manage Quarterly budget spend
- Drive BPs to update and enter new marketing leads
- Business Controls
- Ensure all Co-Marketing requests are in compliance with the terms and conditions
- Execute best of breed process for alerting BPs to claim deadlines, reviews, and payments
- Enablement
- Launch annual co-marketing programs in accordance with Business Controls and Global guidance
- Co-Marketing Education – on-going formal launch and frequent informal individual sessions
Advanced/Fluent English
• This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week
• Solid experience in Budget Management
• Solid experience in Program Management
• Solid experience managing process controls
• Experience in Marketing
• Experience with Business Partners or working with 3rd parties
• Experience using various tools and data analytics programs to monitor and measure activities (e.g., CMC, Tableau dashboards, PPS data, GPM)
