As Marketplace Specialist Latam you will be resposable for 3 pilars :
Platforms management
Managing the marketplaces in Brazil, Argentina and Colombia, including maintaining the platforms, coordinating the activation strategy and developing new resources, with the help of analysts, who will be responsible for managing them.
Knowledge of the Vtex platform.
Management of the Full Commerce supplier operation.
Management of the fulfillment operation with support from the supplier
Work in partnership with the Marketing Communications, Products, Sales and Activation areas.
Media strategy
Coordinate content and media analysis and strategy definition together with the area's Social Media Analyst, a specialist in lower funnel media.
Growth strategy
Responsible for identifying and implementing innovative ways to grow and expand the marketplaces platforms in each region, working on sales strategy, promotional calendar, customer acquisition and retention and management of sellers in the channel.
To do this, they will have the support of the Digital Trade Marketing Analysts based in each country.
