Building a close relationship with strategic End Users, understanding their needs supported by Ansell resources and tools in Brazilian Portuguese, adapted to Brazil culture, like SOU EXEMPLO safety campaign, TAO courses, Training material, Safety weeks activations, and more, allowing a long-term relationship with customers and delivering the best experience in the market as leaders. Updating process, initiatives, and programs to continue been relevant for our customers under a continues improvement approach. What would this role look like in detail?AFTER SALES PROGRAM By adapting the program bases according to Commercial lidership alignment, building a process outline, preparing formats, eblast and other files. Preparation of management tools such as SFDC, Marketo, WhatsApp, among others to be used. Selection of end users in the program. Implementation of the program as agreed and on time. Development of new material according to the needs of clients and projects. Support the JOY Custom Glove Program implementations. Track satisfaction survey and implementation of program improvements based on experience and feedback. Document and share local success stories. SOU EXEMPLO safety campaign By using the inventory of digital resources, development of a procedure to access the campaign, developing local printing supplier, targeting end users to the program based on Commercial leadership agreements. Implementation of the program in as many as agreed and on time. Also, development of new material according to the needs of clients and projects and improvements based on experience and feedback.AFTES SALES Alphatec & Hercules Trainings Based on identifying the need of these trainings, the resources, roles, files, tools and trimming to have a successful launch in Brazil. After that create a procedure and the check list of necessary supplies. Development of the assistant manual, and a list of attendees and future clients to invite.Management of invitations, confirmations, communication channels, recognitions, and follow-ups regarding logistics. Capture of business opportunities resulting from training. Updating printed material in training facilitiesEND USER online trainings TAO (Treinamento Anselll On-line) Run campaigns and clinical contentBy managing the current process for the availability of courses in Brazilian Portuguese, update menu of available courses by audience types, update the list of new courses and content, manage, and make new courses available within the platform. For each module, review and corrections of the translated text, the audio, and the final version prior to publication. Monitoring the attendance performance of the courses on the platform. END USER Safety weeksBy developing a work plan that covers safety weeks in accordance with business leadership and assigned resources, also defining accounts, territories, dates, and other details. Develop supplier(s) to have promoters to cover events. Train, manage and evaluate promoters. Implementation of the program in as many as agreed, in a timely manner. Development of new material according to the needs of clients and projects. Implementation of program improvements based on experience and feedbackANSELL UNIVERSITY TrainingsBy taking leadership on the process of Brazilian Portuguese modules translations. For each module, review and corrections of the translated text, the audio, and the final version prior to publication. Update the list of module releases, activate courses, and follow up on the dissemination plan, monitoring the attendance performance of the courses on the platform. Review the list of courses and times for new commercial personnel. Also define courses for new members after second phase of onboarding process.
