As an FX Client Services Analyst within the FX Client Services Team, you will engage directly with our clients and collaborate with various teams within the company, including the FX Desk Team, Commercial Banking Team, Reconciliation Team, and Settlement Team. Job Responsibilities: Analyze the Client’s documentation to execute import, export, financial sell and financial buy deals – (Determine the FX code, the taxes if applicable and register the FX deal into the Brazilian Central Bank) Acquire knowledge about the registration and procedures related to CDE Account – Non Resident Account in BRL' and 'Understand ROF / RDE (Registro de Operação Financeira) – Registration and amendments on Central Bank System'. Provide support to the Client by e-mail and over the phone Daily interaction with the Traders and the whole FX team (Settlement and Support team) Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar role Internal and external client service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment with demanding timelines and deadlines Team player, with experience working in matrix organizations Solid communication skills (written and verbal) Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail Advanced English (oral and written) Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Knowledge on Exchange System is a plus Prior experience working with the Investment Banking Operational team is desirable Demonstrate governance over processes A relationship builder, who can establish trust and credibility across the organization Ability to create and promote a culture of continuous process improvement
