Role Summary :
Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities :
- Provide first line support for any human resources related issues and problems.
- Provide assistance by phone, email and / or using a ticket management system to track the issues raised.
- Offer first call resolution advice to employees related to standard human resource policies.
- Create a positive customer support experience, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress and handling customers with a professional attitude.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Groups and other HR team (Payroll & Claims mainly) on the resolution of issues.
Requirements :
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications :
- Degree in any discipline
- 1 year of related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply to this role.
- English proficiency level Intermediate to Advance level (Verbal & Written communication )
- Must be willing to work onsite at Campinas
