OVERVIEW You will work as part of a team that is responsible for the execution of HR operations process and for fostering operational excellence across all operational HR activities. Major responsibilities included interpret and apply company HR policies, processes, and procedures, providing guidance on all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruiting & onboarding of new employees, employee relations, benefits, time and attendance and payroll inputs data. Always providing support to the Human Resources Supervisor and in different business projects. ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES: Assures the full process of benefits. Duties include, inputting and processing orders, contact with brokers for insurance benefits and providing all support to financial department with expenses classification. Process administrative routines of compensation cycles such as payroll inputs with Payroll vendor, vacations and others related. Manage time and attendance system, assuring correct inputs for payroll. Assists in the maintenance of Health, and Environmental programs, Wellness, and internal events initiatives. Perform full cycle of recruitment, using different and reliable recruiting tools/methods to screen candidates within set dates. Prepare and publish job offers, organize interviews agendas, candidate screening, hiring process. Conduct all communications with candidates, employees, and managers during induction, to fully onboard employees to our company and culture setting. Monitor and track metrics and indicator in the areas. Assists the HR department with duties/tacks including special projects, assisting with employees’ daily questions, always receptive and focused on better serve employees and leaders, and provide assistance with any other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, especially administrative and payroll routines. Advance/Fluent English. Spanish is a plus. Complete or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Psychology and related. Strong organizational, time management skills and detailed oriented. Intermediary level of Microsoft Office.
