For our Human Resources Department we are looking for a social, proactive, decisive and open-minded trainee who likes a challenge. Within this internship your main responsibilities will be:
- Assisting in the recruitment- and hiring process
- Correspondence with applicants and Team Members
- Coordination of training activities
- Team Member recognition
- Offering support to various HR-related projects
- Responsible for a professional internal communication
- Organising Team Member events
Required skills and competences
We are looking for a motivated and most of all service minded HBO Bachelor student who will be able to complete his or her internship for at least 6 months. The following qualities and competences are important:
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional attitude with emphasis on hospitality and service toward guests / Team Members
- Representative
- Very accurate concerning administration
- Calm, efficient and oganized
- Proactive, showing initiative and decisive
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and orally)
- Looking for an internship of at least 6 months
- Currently a student, preferably a Hospitality-, Tourism- or Human Resources related education
- Starting from September 2024
