SalárioWe are looking for an IT Manager with a wealth of experience dealing various hardware and software problems. The professional should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with our teams to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. This candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop IT team professionals in their activities, guiding them in decision-making regarding the execution of activities, ensuring the technological capabilities necessary for the evolution of business areas.
- Coordinate and provide technical support for infrastructure, systems, communication tools and general support to the IT team and company users, resolving problems and responding to open calls.
- Manage new projects, developing implementation plans for new processes, surveying needs with internal users, researching and contracting new services and projects, preparing the implementation schedule, and monitoring all ongoing project activities until completion.
- Supervise the maintenance and continuous support of systems, in order to guarantee the availability of the systemic environment within the needs of the business areas.
- Identify new business opportunities, coordinating the acquisition and implementation of new IT systems and products, carrying out service negotiations, contractual scope and ensuring the delivery of products and services as agreed.
- Manage the hiring of suppliers, monitoring the activities and performance of contracted services and products, reporting occurrences and actions to adapt the service to the company's needs.
- Monitor system usage indicators, analyzing the data collected, proposing solutions to improve performance.
- Develop contingency strategies and procedures, aiming at security at data levels, access, audits and the continuity of information systems services.
- Ensure that IT systems comply with relevant regulations and standards, with data security, privacy and organizational specific regulations, interfacing with other branches and the headquarters.
- Participate in the development of IT strategies aligned with headquarters strategies, including goal setting, budget management and project schedules.

:Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working as an IT System Manager.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, architecture, including hardware, software, networks and how they integrate to meet the needs of the organization.
- Understanding of database management systems (PL/SQL) and ability to design, maintain and search databases.
- Knowledge of software development and programming languages (IFS ERP or Oracle ERP), especially to understand the needs of developers and development teams.
- Ability to use systems monitoring tools and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Understanding of security incident response practices and ability to deal with cyber threats and downtime.
- Knowledge of systems integration techniques (API SOAP/REST) to ensure that the company's IT systems work harmoniously.
