Purpose Statement
Develop, execute, and implement business communication projects; recognition and motivation events and activities for its collaborators, as well as develop and coordinate Boston Scientific’s Donations & Community Projection program.
Key Responsibilities
Support the ongoing LatAm strategy in communications matters
Development of communication products that leverage recruitment processes, both internal and external, from publication on social networks to organizational announcements that appropriately accompany the life cycle of our employees.
Cross-divisional and functional support to all areas, event logistics, publications, communication materials, advice for creating sharepoints, etc.
Lead the Communications community of practice to replicate best practices across the region, best living our value of global Collaboration.
Support DE&I initiatives around the region, focusing on the partnership with Employees Resources Groups.
Be a strategic partner among global communications teams, representing the region in global discussions
Requirements
Knowledge in Content Design Suits such as Adobe, Canva, and emailing programs.
Experience in leading hybrid and remote communications teams
Entry level Professional in Social Communication
English Level B2-C1 and B2 in Portuguese
Experienced in Internal Communications Strategies and Operative Plans
Knowledge in Social Media and Community Management
Strong influencing and communication skills
Creative Thinking is demonstrated in audio-visual pieces for internal communication.
Agile Mindset
