Marketing Communications Specialist
The Marketing Communications Specialist will have an understanding of design
principles, creative composition and full attention to detail with proven experience in
graphic design with a strong emphasis in marketing or a similar role. The ideal
candidate will possess a thorough understanding of marketing strategies (including
traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, social media, email campaigns, Google
ads, etc.) with the ability to analyze, track and manage campaign performance. This
addition to our team will be an integral part of our company to help grow business and
promote our brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an impactful company-wide marketing strategy, through
market research and creative thinking.
Create and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to
grow company revenue.
Collaborate with business development and management teams in their
marketing efforts to generate new leads and promote brand awareness.
Create brand specific marketing collateral to promote Biologics such as web
design, print media, email design, advertisements, and presentation graphics.
Provide support in developing our overall branding and style guides.
Design and create marketing collateral for Biologics service lines.
Manage email communication campaigns.
Develop compelling content and landing pages for our existing websites.
Create and maintain a library of product, marketing, presentations, and training
materials including brochures, infographics, case studies, etc.
Designing graphics for use in our trade show booths.
Education: Bachelor’s or in Graphic Design, Marketing or related major.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing is required.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis in Marketing or
similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven abilities to multi-task along with effective time-management skills, with the
ability to prioritize tasks
Experience with a variety of marketing tools including Adobe Suite; Proficiency in
Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, PowerPoint,
Working knowledge of social media platforms
Operational knowledge of content management systems for Wordpress sites and
landing page platforms like Unbounce or Leadpages required
Experience with email service providers like MailChip, ConstantContact or other
platforms required
Understanding of design principles, creative composition is a must.
Must possess strong graphic design and editing skills and use of various design
applications
Strong digital photography skills is a plus
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, keyboard skills, strong documentation skills,
analytical aptitude, diplomacy, professionalism, organization, time management, graphic
design, digital marketing, SEO, ability to multi-task, able to work independently.
