Ansell is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team in Ansell Brasil - Santo André!
About this opportunity
Role Profile
Specific responsibilities include:
The Marketing Communication Analyst will develop and execute regionalization of SBU marketing materials, own translations, NPD launches and manage communication calendar with Marketing peers. Will also manage our Asset Bank content and collaborate with third-party partners, internal channel team and support Sales department with focused activities with Tier 3 channel partners.
Additionally, will work to develop and brief arts and designs for a huge variety of products, including, catalogues, product guide, logos, advertising in general, email marketing, certificates, electronic invitation, hot-sites, banners, technical data sheets, technical materials, corporate materials, internal communications, packaging and other. Beyond the created materials, this person will also manage collaterals and materials with internal agency (CBS) and/or third-party partners. On this position the Analyst will also collaborate with nurture programs, lead segmentation and automation with marketing colleagues
What would this role look like in detail?
· Contribute to Brazil Communication strategy with the aim of improving the overall customer communication experience/ customer journey
· Execute regionalization of SBU marketing materials
· Lead execution of all Traditional Marketing Communication activities in Brazil, including product launches
· Work/Collaborate with Marketo programs, granting good execution and performance reaching personas.
· Create and update arts to support all marketing communication
· Develop co-branded collaterals with T3 partners, promoting and enhancing the quality on materials shared.
· Develop and adapt arts to support Ansell current campaigns and launchs - ads, catalogs, banners, e-mails, technical data sheets, hotsite and others
· Identify communication problems and develop visual solutions
· Follow Ansell global standards and guidelines to adapt corporate materials
· Develop print and gifts suppliers supervising all design production stages
· Manage Assetbank content/updates; exploring the tool, looking for the best experience Sales team could have using it:
· Administration and update of technical sheets and product certificates, portfolio management
· Develop content for promotional materials - brochures, folders, banners and promotional gifts;
· Develop materials that will help our end users such as “guides”, “how to…” among others;
· Develop materials to enhance our vertical presence inside focused clients
Drafting briefing for creation (in company) of media: printed or digital

Knowledge on Office package (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Job Experience:
Minimum three years experience in Marketing Communication.
Additional Resources:
Familiarity with software such as CreativeSuite (Adobe) and CRM tools (Sales Force) is desirable
Desirable experience in Advertising and Communication and knowledge of the B2B market
Knowledge of Marketing automation tools (Marketo, RD Station, etc.) is desirable
Creative, Strong visual sense, confidence to explain ideas, sense of prioritization, ability to pay attention to details, good team work skills, flexibility.
