ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented Manager, Ecommerce & Optimization to join the Marketing Team ! Individual reports to Sr. Manager, Ecommerce & Optimization . The role is remote ; must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Manager, Ecommerce & Optimization , you'll work directly with the Sr. Manager, Ecommerce & Optimization to oversee and drive the entire life cycle of Ultra Mobile's web projects, from strategic planning to successful market launch. Positioned at the helm, you'll keep each project moving forward with detailed and robust documentation, and by working cross-functionally to ensure creative and engineering assets are delivered on time and within scope.

This role involves identifying optimal solutions to meet project requirements while maximizing the site's conversion rate. From wireframing to leveraging data to inform design and AB testing strategy, you'll use agility and expertise to generate new marketing strategies and deliver a top-notch digital experience.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:

  • Collaborate with Sr Manager, Ecommerce & Optimization to scope web projects and requirements.
  • Work with designers from our award-winning internal Creative Agency to create digital experiences designed to convert.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify points of friction and optimization opportunities on the website, and develop a testing strategy based on these insights.
  • Support our conversion rate optimization (CRO) program by crafting detailed test documentation that includes clear objectives, hypothesis statement, metrics and targeting, and implementation guidelines.
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to provide detailed acceptance criteria, conduct thorough QA of all user-facing website updates, and communicate updates on outstanding issues as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to web, compliance and graphic standards.
  • Responsible for managing, organizing and presenting data in a clear, concise and actionable format to cross-functional teams and organization
  • Manage and maintain team calendars to ensure critical project milestones are being met and deliverables are completed on time.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Project Management.
  • Experience of leading a team is preferred.
  • 3+ years digital marketing and eCommerce experience with a history of improving on-site experience through data-driven insights.
  • Expert time-management skills. You don’t feel comfortable without a to-do list and make a schedule for everything.
  • Expert knowledge of Ecommerce workflows - creative design, development implementation, and launch deployment.
  • Experience taking ideas from inception to implementation and launch with a constant focus on KPIs and objectives.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting - and ability to do deep data analysis and drive recommendations.
  • Strong analytical mind and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prosper in fast-paced environments and meet aggressive timelines.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.
