Diabetes is one of the key areas of focus for Eli Lilly now and in the future. The position is to work with a key brand of the current portfolio. Brand coordinator, accountable for one of the products new indications, reporting directly to the Product Manager.
Position Description & Responsibilities:
This position is to work with one of the most important brands of our current portfolio. The Jardiance Coordinator will be responsible for the recently launched Heart failure indication and will report directly to the Brand Manager.
The Coordinator will partner with medical, sales, the Alliance partner team, and other cross-functional teams to drive Jardiance's market strategy development and implementation.
Activities:
- Customer Solutions: Create solutions to meet customer needs such as meetings, materials, dialogue models. Ability to develop and deliver integrated offerings that create meaningful connection and remarkable experiences for customers, while driving business results.
- Communication development: Develop effective campaigns and messages (communications) that reach the appropriate customer groups and accomplished a well-designed result.
- Brand Plans/Customer Plans Development
- Action Plan Development and Implementation
- Sales Force Engagement and Training
- KOL Engagement
- Forecasting
- Support/conduct Market Research and Advisory Boards
- Support Launch Preparation and readiness assessment
- Budgeting and internal operations
- Agency And Business Partner Relationships: Collaborate with our creative agency and other external business partners to achieve brand development and customer experience goals
- Corporate presentations (in Portuguese and English)
Transferable Skills: In addition to core marketing competencies, candidates will need to build their competences on:
- Cross Functional leadership - collaborate across Medical, Sales, Alliance partner and other functional groups in order to bring the plan to market.
