What you will do
As Marketing Coordinator you Key Responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Tetra Pak's business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for innovation;
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and preferences. Translate findings into actionable insights and product/service improvements;
- Product Development: Work closely with product development teams to bring innovative solutions to market. Drive the development of new products and services that meet evolving customer demand;
- Brand Management: Safeguard and enhance Tetra Pak's brand identity. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns;
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to execute marketing initiatives effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners;
- Innovation Leadership: Lead the charge in promoting an innovative culture within the marketing team. Encourage creativity, experimentation, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
We believe you have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus;
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on innovation and adaptability;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box;
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team;
- Passion for sustainability and an understanding of Tetra Pak's mission is a plus.
