Right now, WLDM is looking for an Operations Manager with a background in digital marketing or agency operations. The ideal candidate must have experience managing other professionals and leading by example. You must be well-versed in digital marketing, and capable of building and executing clear systems to improve marketing operations.

More specifically, within this role, you will:
- Be responsible for high-level resource planning and make strategic resource management decisions
- Develop, implement, and review operational procedures
- Lead coaching and professional development training for marketers
- Oversee the client service operations
- Learn the company’s approach to digital marketing, and then perform as the ambassador for that approach
- Conduct practice presentations, pitches, and meetings
- Motivate and inspire individuals to improve their performance and success
- Be a communication guru between teams and clients
- Manage interactions between the team and the clients
- Interact with the CEO, the Head of Outreach, and the SEO Account Managers
Training will be included at the beginning of your time at WLDS. The team expects someone proactive in their approach, but the management will definitely support you for as long as they need to. To excel in this role, you need to have:
- 3+ years of management experience (people, process, and presentation skills)
- Background in digital marketing or agency operation ; you are well-versed in digital marketing
- Inbound marketing execution experience and strategy skills
- Detail-oriented mindset; you don't allow things to fall through the cracks and there's no need to tell you things more than once. You just get things done
- Great communication and teamwork skills; you make things easier to understand and you can always explain the "why", you are persuasive and able to get everyone on the same page
- Proactive attitude in a way that you care about the outcome and always push yourself to do better
- Analytical skills that help turn data into the right decisions
- Ability to work with significant degrees of accountability and impact
- Ability to learn fast and grow even faster
