A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week.

The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people.

What does a Operations Manager at Hogarth?

A person in the role of Operations Manager at Hogarth will be responsible for the management, control, and strategy of Digital operations, playing a crucial role in the team's success and activity execution.

They will serve as a reference for defining processes and providing data analyses. This individual will excel in teamwork, possess a strategic vision for the sector, analytical abilities, propose new ideas, and inspire the team through feedback, quality, and a continuous pursuit of improvement.

Requirements :

  • Knowledge Management.
  • Business Process Management Methodologies.
  • Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Administrative concepts and practices.
  • Microsoft Office tools.
  • English : Advanced (being able to write, read and communicate).
  • Complete Higher Course + Desirable Post Graduation.
  • Reports construction and analysis.

Activities :

  • Review and create efficient and realistic work processes using process techniques, automations, and personnel management.
  • Conduct operational interviews with departments to design workflows and identify friction points between processes.
  • Disseminate agile management practices at the business and project levels.
  • Ensure that employees have access to all physical, software, and hardware resources to perform their activities through clear and well-defined rules.
  • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of operational processes according to Hogarth's objectives and apply improvements as necessary.
  • Coordinate activities related to the infrastructure and support that are necessary to the proper operation of the offices.
  • Manage external relationships, such as agreements with partners and suppliers related to operations.
  • Create, manage, and enhance indicators for monitoring and tracking services and production.
  • Conduct update studies, develop strategic analyses, and identify investment needs.
  • Research and implement new management tools, analyzing project profitability based on hour allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to model, implement, and sustain the company's managerial information.
  • Analyze management reports and other sources of information with the goal of continuously improving processes.
  • Research and implement new management tools, performing profitability analyses of projects according to the allocation of hours.
  • Ensure that the company acts in accordance with the current legislation and with established compliance rules.
  • Establish work processes and provide objective / specific templates and trainings.
