We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.Responsibilities:- Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of CapCut creators and agencies.- Manage the empowering system of CapCut creators and agencies, provide insights and strategies for creator growth based on data analysis and performance tracking.- Collaborate with the commercial team for the monetization of creators and agencies.- Collaborate with the content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- 3+ years of working in talent management divisions of short-video/livestreaming platforms or MCNs.- Familiar with creator recruitment and agency management, as well as the monetization of the creators.- Familiar with digital content eco-system/platforms and data analytics.Preferred Qualifications:- Fluent in English.- Experienced in remote online collaboration.- Highly committed to the position.ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
