Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports the full lifecycle of customers' asset from pre-commissioning to decommissioning. You will supervise process work scopes of varying sizes and complexity. You will be involved with Nitrogen/Helium leak testing, nitrogen purging, process hydrotesting, pipefreezing and bolting scopes of work. Supervision and operation of nitrogen converters and haskell pumps. ECITB TMJI certification and bolting experience is required.
As a Process Service Supervisor – Process & Pipeline Services, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring timely execution of orders, instructions and directions from the Account Manager and Operations Manager.
Participating in pre-job briefing and ensure familiarisation with the work scope.
Supervising shifts and work scopes, ensuring all operations are carried out as per procedure, the Company’s HSE and Operating Procedures.
Ensuring that all subordinates are fully briefed on the work scope, their duties, the risks and HSE procedures and requirements.
Preparing all required Field Paperwork, including weekly reports and weekly timesheets.
Maintaining effective communication with the client representative and Account Manager and Operations Manager.
Monitoring instruments to assure proper flow, pressure and operational conditions.
Ensuring that operation of equipment is carried out as per the Company’s HSE and Operating Procedures.
Ensuring the daily maintenance of equipment is carried out and ensure the equipment is ready for a job at all times.
Carrying out the operation of equipment as required as per the Company’s HSE and Operating Procedures.
Contributing to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the Department.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have valid certification to go offshore in the UK, including OGUK medical and BOSIET (with CA-EBS).
Demonstrate an excellent attitude towards safety. Must participate in all company safety programs and adhere to all policies.
Be able to lead a team and influence team performance onsite. Be able to work with little to no supervision.
Have substantial industry experience with Process and Pipelines Services including Offshore experience and nitrogen/helium leak testing experience.
Have a good understanding of P&IDs, be able to line walk process systems
MS Word, MS Excel proficient. Bluebeam/PDF mark-up program familiar
Need to be proactive and problem solver
Need to be flexible or adaptable
Good communication - written and verbal. With client and team. English speaking and written
Have a Full UK Driving Licence
