As Procurement and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cate-gory manager and procurement specialist. You will have to Implement effective sourcing strategies in line with the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing process and business strategy, ensuring that suppliers can meet current and future business requirements, as well as ensuring that all relevant parties grasp strategies and execute processes accordingly.

Your responsibilities
- Leading Procurement and Logistics team to deliver PL KPIs including but not lim-ited to, cost saving, cash improvement, fulfillment, supplier quality and sustainable supply chain.
- Adapting corporate contractual frameworks to local business needs, and recommending frame agreements to management and executing them, as well as providing oversight and contract management with suppliers.
- Defining and establishing local standard agreements with all major suppliers, while providing and maintaining standard terms in purchase contracts/terms and conditions in line with company directives and guidelines.
- Designing and implementing cost-out programs and/or processes to reach financial targets.
- Contributing to and participating in setting and implementing budget and targets within the framework and ensuring that sourcing performance targets are achieved.
- Supporting new product/component development in terms of supplier selection, cost control and project execution to achieve project target and business objectives.
- Collaborating with technology, engineering, and operation team to develop and implement cost out projects to improve business profitability.
- Being responsible for supplier quality, manage supplier audit and qualification, continuously reduce cost of failure, and improve supplier quality performance.
- Being responsible for people leadership and development, providing training and coaching to PL team.
Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or manufacturing related field and 8+ years managerial experience in operations or supply chain management in multinational companies.
- Passionate and capable of challenging status quo and driving changes.
- Excellent communication skills in a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in offices, ERP and analytics is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing operation environment, ability to manage complex projects.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategy and implement innovative solutions.
- Must be self-motivated, results driven, demonstrated leadership, and ability to take initiatives.
- Fluent in English
