In this role, you will define, plan, and ensure implementation of Product Marketing strategies for a variety of Installation Products (for example, cable accessories) in the EMEA and APAC regions, meeting business targets and aligning with global product strategy. You will oversee all marketing activities and events and collaborate with the sales teams to increase market share.

Your responsibilities
- Developing and executing the annual marketing plan with the Electrification Installation Products sales leaders, focusing on business development in EMEA and APAC.
- Defining appropriate forecasts and business/marketing plans within the Product Management in close collaboration with the Sales team.
- Regular reviews of marketing activities and implementation of improvement plans to achieve business targets.
- Evaluating and disseminating customer research, market conditions and studies of competitors.
- Taking ownership of customer presentations, catalogs and brochures in close collaboration with the Product Managers, Product Specialists, and Sales.
- Delivering product information, providing training (technical and sales) for the sales team, and driving sales efficiency.
- Delivering a comprehensive social media strategy.
Your background
- At least five years of experience in B2B marketing, working as a Product Marketing Manager or a Marketing Manager with energy network components or utility products.
- Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills, as well as relationship-building skills.
- Engllish language is a must, other languages are an advantage.
- Able to work in Italy.
