We're looking to recruit a top-notch Product Marketing Manager to work directly with our Product and Business Development teams. In this strategic position, you'll spearhead go-to-market initiatives, craft compelling narratives, and drive demand for our suite of features. This role offers the opportunity to have a direct and meaningful impact on the success of Pluspoint, positioning our solutions effectively in a competitive marketplace. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Develop insights from market and user research to design GTM strategies and create a differentiated value proposition. Research, develop and test lead generation channels and strategies to select the best options for scaling. Create compelling content that articulates the value proposition to our target audience Work closely with the Sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and insights Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies accordingly Analyze customer behavior and preferences to tailor marketing efforts WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company. Proven experience analyzing products, competition, pricing, and industry trends combined with the development of competitive messaging and positioning. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong business judgment, and a high level of initiative, creativity, and flexibility. Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing key metrics to understand the effectiveness of marketing programs. Bachelors, Masters degree in Marketing or relevant field.
