WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Program Specialist within BCG U , you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success by managing key aspects of our B2B RISE for Business program. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing sales data, coordinating partnerships with government organizations and SME aggregators, organizing events with external partners for lead generation, and contributing to B2B digital marketing efforts.
RISE stand for Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement is designed to enhance employability by building high-demand business and digital skills. Created by BCG U, RISE leverages BCG’s industry experts to deliver cutting edge content and experience to the program.
RISE is looking to bring on board a sales and account manager for our RISE Green Economy program, a portfolio program encompassing climate and sustainability skilling programs for senior leaders, finance professionals, banking professionals and others.
· Set growth strategy: Proactively identify cross/-sell/up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets
· Maintain existing relationship: Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction. Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership
· Build external partnerships: Establish relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)
· Portfolio management: Serve as a lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client service
· Stay updated: With industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and marketing, and bring them back to your role in the RISE Green program
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- People and interpersonal skills: Must be able to manage a dynamic and diverse growth team, with a mix of working styles and backgrounds
- Experience driving growth for a small business / start-up, ideally in education or edtech space
- Experience in B2B sales or relevant job scope
- A strategic mindset: Possess a strategic orientation and an eagerness to contribute innovative ideas to lead generation and marketing strategies.
- Data proficiency: Proficient in data analysis, capable of interpreting data, and leveraging analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance. Excel proficiency is a must.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to assist in crafting compelling content and collaborating across teams.
- Project management skills: Ability to assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities within a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative approach: Skilled at working collaboratively with diverse teams, contributing positively to a cooperative work atmosphere.
- Tech familiarity: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot to facilitate lead generation and marketing efforts.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Have a business bachelor degree from a university
2-5 years of working experience in sales or account management serving the B2B/corporate clients preferably in the corporate training space
Experienced in serving and managing relationship with business leaders across both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)
Solid proficiency in project management and client relationship management methodologies
Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, advising more junior team members
Be strong in problem solving, execution and comfortable with fragmentation
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate presence and maturity even in stressful situations
Advanced proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
