About RISE
RISE (Rapid & Immersive Skill Enhancement) is a 10–18-week program created and designed by BCG U (Boston Consulting Group). This unique programme has successfully reskilled more than 1,700 PMETs in business and digital skills, with up to 70% of these participants securing job placements upon completion of the programme.
About RISE Placement Team
Within RISE, we have a Placement Team which is dedicated to helping participants identify and work towards their career goals, hone their professional and job search skills and find suitable careers. The team plays a similar role to a Career Centre and will support participants by providing career-readiness resources, engaging with employers and organizing recruiting activities.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the operations of RISE Placement Team
Design, plan and implement the rollout of new programs to RISE learners
Collect & analyse data/information, and evaluate program efficiency, including reporting to programme leadership
Recruit, onboard and collaborate with recruitment partners to explore partnerships and match job opportunities for RISE learners
Organize events to connect RISE learners with RISE alumni, industry experts and recruiting companies
Manage customer support escalations, and address more complex cases to resolution
Manage agencies to ensure high quality career preparation sessions and resources for participants
Manage weekly surveys including designing, scheduling, administration, database management & analysis
YOU'RE GOOD AT
- Recruit, onboard and collaborate with recruitment partners to explore partnerships and match job opportunities for RISE learners

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
5+ years of work experience in Career Services or human resource functions, including talent acquisition
Be a strategic thinker with strong analytical mindset, excellent analytical, logical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
Have excellent written & verbal communication in English
Be proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Be familiar with CRM & customer engagement platforms
Be responsible & meticulous, able to own the assigned tasks end to end with attention to details
Have great interpersonal skills, with empathetic communication approach
Be a good team player and takes strong ownership in work
Have a bachelor’s degree
