Key responsibilities
- Hold ultimate responsibility for delivering and managing projects on time and within budget, effectively managing risks.
- Act as the primary interface to Honeywell’s customers, embodying professionalism consistent with Honeywell values.
- Review and manage the project scope as sold, producing, monitoring, and maintaining project delivery schedules.
- Produce accurate commercial forecasts and reports, closely monitoring revenue, margin, cost budgets, and billings throughout the project.
- Lead project teams in adopting, implementing, and complying with policies, processes, and business and project execution best practices.
- Assess and manage internal and external resources, including subcontracting, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key skills and qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in managing a variety of projects within an engineering environment, including managing local and remote teams
- Experience in managing project financials and managing negotiations with clients / suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and manage conflicting priorities
- Self-motivated, autonomous, flexible
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills in both Danish and English
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques including PMIS, MS Project and SAP
