- Work with marketing, global R&D teams to generate ideas to develop new products and improve existing products, keeping in consideration product cost, engineering feasibility, product safety, legal, process capability, material availability.
- Understand consumer and market trends and identify future product opportunities to the innovation roadmap in the market.
- Product trials, prototyping, performance test/learning Plan and claims
- Lead the development of product trials and learning plan action standards to ensure appropriate development.
- Verify any potential issues on material, product design, process feasibility on new product designs
- Accountable for claim support substantation strategy
- Create and lead project schedule execution on time and with quality.
- Maintain good documentation of knowledge and Research And Development works.
- Responsible to gather all appropiate information on product develop and communicate for decision making
- Continuously seek out opportunities for and support cost optimization programs
Requirements:
- Graduation completed
- Experience in R&D and product test/ development
- Fluent English
