Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to spearhead our expansion into the Latin American (LATAM) market. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to effectively cater to our diverse client base in the region. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales acumen to drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships and securing new business opportunities within the LATAM market.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the LATAM market to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify potential clients in the LATAM region, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Matilda Cloud’s solutions align with their goals. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships across the LATAM region. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to convey the value proposition of our cloud solutions. Collaborate with customer service and product development teams to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Matilda Cloud’s offerings. Participate in industry events and conferences within the LATAM region to network and gather insights on emerging market trends. Serve as the liaison between LATAM clients and Matilda Cloud’s product and service teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in a B2B tech environment, with a strong preference for experience in cloud computing or related industries. Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in the LATAM market. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is mandatory. Strong technical understanding with the ability to grasp and communicate complex technical details effectively. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building relationships across different cultural contexts. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
