Our opportunity

We are looking for our new Sales Executive in São Paulo/SP to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers using functional best practices.
  • Sell different solutions (LCL, AIR, Inland, CHB, WnD, etc.).
  • Manage assigned customers and mainly new ones that you will develop.
  • Pursue and secures business in line with the business objectives.
  • Probe and identifies customer needs and provides solutions.
  • Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
  • Research and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
  • Ensure customer relationship management (CRM) tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
  • Typically responsible for small and medium-impact customers for the business in clusters of any size.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Foreign trade, Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience and specific knowledge in the commercial area focused on freight forwarding (Import and Export), supply chain and logistics services in general (sea, air, customs clearance, transport (collections and deliveries), warehouse, distribution, among others).
  • Experience in sales, customer service and customer portfolio management.
  • Advanced English and Fluent Portuguese.
  • Soft Skills: Be customer driven, resilient, proactive, hunter and self-driven mindset, communicative, strong teamwork, collaborative, always ready to help others, feel excited in a business environment of constant change.
