As the world’s leading GSA and Tourism representation organization with 65 offices in 59 countries, AVIAREPS represents airlines as well as destinations, hotels, attractions, airports, cars, trains, cruise lines, retailers and import/export organizations, and offers a full suite of B2B and B2C services which includes sales & reservations, marketing, digital, and PR programs.We are looking for a responsible, driven, and business-oriented Sales Executive to represent JetSmart in the market.JetSmart operates from many origins in Brazil and from GIG to MVD, BUE, and SCL. You will be responsible for developing airline sales and promoting the product in the market. The job also includes planning, implementing, and following up on sales campaigns for the trade.JetSmart is managed by a first-class team from multiple nationalities, all with extensive experience in the national and international air travel market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the key account clients
  • Support and strategic expansion of the local customer base
  • Assistance in developing and implementing sales and marketing action plans to increase brand awareness and improve performance
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Contract implementation and management
  • Training and qualification of the various distribution channels
  • Recommendation of sales and marketing strategies for each channel
  • Conducting meetings with distribution channels to evaluate results
  • Market intelligence surveys, data analysis, and development of potential opportunities.
  • Regular sales analysis and reporting meetings
  • Continuous client reporting and communication
  • Participation in fairs, events, workshops

Key Skills:

  • Degree in business administration, tourism, economics, communication, marketing or related fields
  • Extensive professional experience in tourism sales, including at least one airline
  • Good knowledge and connections with the tourist trade in Brazil in the area of leisure and corporate, travel trends, and consumer behavior
  • Strong sales orientation in the airline and tourism sector
  • Strong knowledge of travel and tourism industry segments and channels
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Fluent Spanish (spoken)- mandatory
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with tourism industry distribution tools such as GDS and other systems (e.g., e-Smash) will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Availability for occasional travel (domestic and international)
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with international destination account management is a plus
