As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a key player in the SAP HCM Module. Job Description Spearhead the development, defect resolution, and innovation within SAP Payroll Management.
Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring flawless payroll operations. Showcase your expertise in configuring HCM modules, particularly in Payroll (evaluation & schemas).
Tackle complex defects related to Overtime, legal reporting, allowances, and more. Be an integral part of cross-functional teams, contributing to the success of SAP HR projects.
Ensure the integrity of time and attendance data, attentive to detail to maintain accuracy. Interact with consultants and the Global Team, acting as a bridge between HR and IT.
Requirements : Education : Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems. 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM module, with a track record in large ERP / HCM implementation projects.
Workday integration experience is a plus. Demonstrate your understanding of legal requirements, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to work under pressure. Fluent English is mandatory.
