What You'll Do
- Analysing large data sets, finding patterns and providing a concise summary
- Strong knowledge (or inclination to get deeper into) of banking sector KPIs and macro trends
- Working and interacting in a global and virtual team, incl. communicating with senior clients

- Knowledge of FI industry databases like SNL, Bloomberg, Thomson, etc.
- Working knowledge of BI tools, SQL/Databases, Alteryx, Python, DataIKU, Tableau, etc. will be a strong advantage.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data/information from clients (using excel based survey) as well as industry sources to update various data models on an annual basis
- Assess market/industry trends as well as the competitive performance of firms operating in a particular market
- Address client questions/queries using the data and content expertise
- Preparing and delivering customized reports (through a digital platform and PowerPoints) to clients
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in Business administration (with a focus on finance), quantitative sciences (e.g., mathematics, statistics, physics), economics, computer science, mechanical engineering or other data/analytical-centric disciplines.
- Knowledge/experience in the financial services space, preferably in banking / capital markets of 1 to 3 years is required.
- Proven research and database capabilities
- Specific experience in market sizing or peer benchmarking, building simulation models of driver-based assessments, operating/developing diagnostic tools, etc., will be an added advantage
- Peers across Financial Institutions' data assets to execute and deliver the findings
- Senior counterparts for directions, best practices, and overall guidance
- BCG consulting teams and clients to discuss insights & offer ongoing access to data for consulting projects.#LI-RA1
